We are so excited to celebrate & create special memories with you at The Nest! We are all about creating the ultimate personalized experience just for YOU! Below is our party section, you’ll see that we have dreamed up a few party themes that we think you’ll love! However, keep in mind that just because you don’t see a theme or option below, doesn’t mean that it can’t be done.
We’ve been approached by many families & businesses that have asked “Hey Nest girls, can y’all do…. fill in the blank?” Our answer is usually “YES!” because we love new challenges & being inspired by YOU.

★ When inquiring about a party, choose from one of our party themes. Even if you aren’t sure about what you want – just pick one to start with!
★ Under SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS – please give us additional dates & times that would work for you, as well as much information about the theme or ideas for what you envision for the party you’re seeking!
★ The more info / dates / times you give us the quicker we can get back to you & it allows us less back-and-forth time emailing you for more information. 🙂 Thank you so much for understanding!
Once you’ve submitted your inquiry, please complete our The Nest Party Agreement. Filling this out does not guarantee we’ll be able to book your party. However, it will inform you of our party policies in advance.
How to Navigate the Schedule
Here’s a quick breakdown to help you understand what you’ll find under each tab…
We use a company called Sawyer to do our bookings. A lot of other companies use this software, so you may already have an account! But if you don’t, no biggie …
1. You’ll initially be prompted to make an account through hisawyer.com.
2. Then you’ll be prompted to register your child. The good news is, once you’ve done that, from here on out we’ll have that child’s information.
* But if you sign-up a sibling later on, you’ll just have to use the “Add Child” feature & update your account with his/her information.
Easy enough, right?
Drop-ins = Activities that can be purchased on a session-by-session basis- no extended commitment.
Semesters = Any recurring weekly class.
Camps/Events = Any 1 time event or “camp” that is multiple days in a row.
Appointments = Any 1-1 sessions that are being offered.
Parties = You can see what some of our Party Options are & then it will allow you to fill out an “Inquiry” form so that we can get back to you! * Filling in this form will not necessarily guarantee the exact party date you’ve requested, but we’ll be in touch ASAP to discuss!
Gift Cards = Buy a gift card that can be applied to any class, camp or party at The Nest!
